who had to attain enough age maturity and purity
of thought .He should be a person who would
never even think of utilizing his knowledge
for destructive purpose even if put to any adverse
situation and always utilize the powers got
through his knowledge for creative and productive
purposes.
Such being the case the knowledge was safe as
well as passed on only if some one worthy of
it was found. The loss due to loss of knowledge
or improper documentation was insignificant
in comparision to the loss which would have
been created by this knowledge falling into
the hands of people with ulterior motives.
Against this back drop we have collected and

to help mankind benefit from both the things
